Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 26, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs refunds, cancellations, and related disputes for services purchased from Chaitanya Digital Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through https://chaitanyadigitalsolutions.com or via direct order, quotation, WhatsApp, or email.
By placing an order, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to this Policy.


1) Core Principle

Refunds are only available for non-delivery of services.
All services become non-refundable once they are initiated, provisioned, registered, submitted to third parties, or otherwise delivered in whole or in part.


2) Definitions of “Delivery” and “Initiation”

  • Domain Registration & Hosting: Non-refundable once registered or activated.

  • Website Design/Development: Non-refundable once project work is initiated.

  • SEO & Digital Marketing: Non-refundable once campaigns or deliverables are initiated.

  • Email Marketing: Non-refundable once templates, lists, or campaigns are set up.

  • Software/Integration Support: Non-refundable once credentials, access, or first deliverables are provided.

  • Consulting/Training/Support: Non-refundable once the session or materials are delivered.


3) What Qualifies as “Non-Delivery”

A case qualifies as “non-delivery” only when:

  • The service has not been initiated as per Section 2.

  • No deliverable has been provided or provisioned.

  • The client has provided all required inputs, content, and access on time.

Delays caused by missing client inputs, rejections by third parties, or force majeure events do not constitute non-delivery.


4) Exclusions (Strictly Non-Refundable)

  • Domains, SSL, hosting, or server resources once provisioned

  • Web design or development work after initiation

  • SEO, SEM, or digital marketing campaigns after initiation

  • Creative assets, copywriting, audits, or reports after first draft shared

  • Third-party fees, transaction charges, or penalties


5) Cancellation Requests

  • Requests must be sent via email to info@chaitanyadigitalsolutions.com or WhatsApp at +91-8062524106.

  • If a service has not been initiated, we may cancel and process a refund as per this Policy.

  • If a service has been initiated or delivered, cancellation is possible but no refund will be issued.


6) Refund Window & Process

  • Claims must be made within 7 calendar days from the payment date.

  • Refunds are reviewed within 10–15 business days.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (bank timelines may vary).

  • Refunds may be reduced by irrecoverable third-party costs such as transaction fees or taxes.


7) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
