Service Agreement & Legal Framework
1. About Chaitanya Digital Solutions
Chaitanya Digital Solutions provides professional digital infrastructure and business technology services including Website Development, Technical SEO, Local SEO, Cybersecurity, AI Systems, Automation, and Strategic Consulting.
2. Service Engagement
Engagement occurs through website inquiries, WhatsApp, phone, email, proposals, or signed agreements. A project begins upon approval of scope and payment terms.
3. Pricing & Payments
All fees are in Indian Rupees. Payments are accepted via Razorpay, Bank Transfer, or UPI. Advance payment is generally required. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and lawful content. You are responsible for the legality of your materials and maintaining your own security practices.
5. Domains, Hosting & Third-Party Services
We are not liable for third-party provider outages, policy changes, or fees. You are responsible for managing renewals where applicable.
6. SEO & Visibility Services
SEO and visibility services are best-effort. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or leads as search engines control their algorithms.
7. Cybersecurity Services
Our services reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Regular backups and good practices remain your responsibility.
8. AI & Automation Services
AI tools are provided for productivity. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs.
9. Intellectual Property
Deliverables remain CDS property until full payment. Upon clearance, custom work ownership may transfer subject to license terms.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect non-public information shared during engagement.
11. Refund Policy
Most services are non-refundable once initiated. Domain registrations, hosting, and custom work are generally non-refundable.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CDS against claims arising from your content, misuse, or legal violations.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
Key User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining lawful use of services, protecting your credentials, keeping backups, and reviewing all AI-generated content. CDS provides professional services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee specific business outcomes or absolute security.
