Welcome to Chaitanya Digital Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using our website https://chaitanyadigitalsolutions.com or availing our services, you (“Client”, “User”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Scope of Services

Chaitanya Digital Solutions provides the following services:

  • Website design, development, and hosting

  • Support for payment gateway onboarding and integration with third-party licensed Payment Aggregators

  • Domain registration and management

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and digital marketing campaigns

  • Email marketing, business setup, and digital consulting

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our sole discretion.

2. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific fees may include but are not limited to:

  • Payment Gateway Services: Charges, including MDR (Merchant Discount Rate), are as per the pricing of the respective licensed Payment Aggregator.

  • Website & Hosting: Domain registration, hosting plans, and SSL are billed annually or as agreed.

  • Marketing & SEO: Campaigns are billed in advance and considered initiated once the campaign setup begins.

Invoices must be settled within the timelines mentioned. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including:

  • Domain registration (registered in client’s name/our management)

  • Website design and hosting once initiated

  • SEO and digital marketing campaigns once started

  • Payment gateway onboarding support once documents are submitted to the aggregator

Refunds will only be considered in cases of non-delivery of services as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. KYC & Compliance

Clients availing payment gateway services must comply with the Reserve Bank of India’s KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, as enforced by the respective licensed Payment Aggregator. This may include valid documents such as:

  • PAN, Aadhaar, or Udyam Registration

  • Business proof (if applicable)

  • Bank account details for settlements

Failure to provide valid KYC details may result in rejection, suspension, or termination of services by the aggregator.

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information for onboarding and KYC.

  • Use our services only for lawful business purposes.

  • Not misuse, resell, or attempt to tamper with payment gateway or website systems.

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and API keys provided by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All website designs, content, code, and digital strategies created by Chaitanya Digital Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon settlement of invoices, ownership of website content (excluding licensed plugins, third-party tools, or proprietary frameworks) is transferred to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, ranking positions, or revenue improvements. While we ensure high-quality services, Chaitanya Digital Solutions is not liable for:

  • Business losses, revenue loss, or reputational damage

  • Downtime due to third-party hosting or payment aggregator issues

  • Rejections or delays by banks, aggregators, or regulatory authorities

  • Errors beyond our reasonable control

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chaitanya Digital Solutions, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of misuse of services, breach of terms, or violations of applicable laws.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
