Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how users (“you”, “Client”, “User”) may access and use https://chaitanyadigitalsolutions.com, our related services, and any systems, tools, dashboards, APIs, or integrations provided by Chaitanya Digital Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

This AUP applies to all Services we provide, including:
Website design/hosting, domain management, SEO and digital marketing, email marketing, payment gateway guidance/integration support, consulting, training, and support channels (email/WhatsApp).


2) Lawful Use Only

You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, DPDP Act, 2023, RBI guidelines for online payments, and applicable intellectual property and consumer protection laws.


3) Prohibited Activities

You must not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following:

  • Illegal Content/Conduct: Publishing, promoting, or facilitating illegal products/services; harassment; hate speech; incitement to violence; child exploitation; obscenity/pornography; defamation; impersonation; privacy violations; doxxing.

  • Fraud & Deception: Phishing; malware distribution; pyramid schemes; fake offers; identity theft; misrepresentation of business status, licenses, or approvals.

  • Payment & Financial Abuse: Misuse of payment gateways; evading KYC/AML checks; transaction laundering; cash-advance/credit card cash-outs; splitting transactions to avoid limits; chargeback abuse.

  • IP Infringement: Uploading or selling counterfeit goods; unauthorized distribution of copyrighted works, trademarks, trade secrets, or licensed software.

  • Security Violations: Hacking, probing, or testing system vulnerabilities; bypassing authentication; API key sharing; DDoS; introducing malicious code; interfering with network integrity or service availability.

  • Spam & Unsolicited Communications: Bulk messaging/emailing without valid consent; misleading headers; failing to include required opt-out/unsubscribe mechanisms; list-buying without documented consent.

  • Data Protection Violations: Collecting sensitive personal data without lawful basis/consent; storing card data or prohibited payment credentials; mishandling KYC documents; ignoring user rights requests.

  • Resource Misuse: Excessive API calls, scraping or crawling without permission; abusive bandwidth/server usage; crypto mining; hosting malware or C2 infrastructure.

  • Circumvention: Attempting to circumvent pricing, rate limits, or technical controls; reselling Services without written authorization.


4) Content Standards

All content you provide (text, images, videos, code, ads, listings) must be accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and free from malicious code.
You are solely responsible for securing permissions (licenses, model/property releases) and for adhering to advertising policies of platforms used (e.g., Google, Meta, WhatsApp).


5) Payment Gateway Specific Rules

  • KYC & Underwriting: You must submit accurate KYC and business details. False or incomplete information may lead to suspension/termination.

  • Permitted Use: Use issued QR/links only for your stated business. No resale or sharing with unrelated entities or sub-merchants without written approval.

  • Prohibited Categories: Any categories restricted by law, payment providers, card networks, or banks are disallowed. You must review and follow applicable restricted lists and pricing schedules.

  • Security: Do not store full card data or sensitive authentication data. Use only authorized checkout flows and PCI-DSS compliant methods provided by licensed payment providers.

  • Disputes/Chargebacks: You must cooperate in providing documentation. Associated penalties/fees are your responsibility.
